Gaffney's bizarre eight-month contact with the hooker - while he appeared in
ITV's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here - will quash any chance of a
reconciliation with Sarah Burge, the mother of his twin daughters.
The 29-year-old actor who played EastEnders street cleaner Robbie Jackson wrote
a grovelling letter to his fiancee's parents pleading for forgiveness after The
People revealed he was having a fling with hairdresser Sasha Levy, 18.
But neither of the women knew the sex-hungry star was in contact with hooker
Sarah who advertises on the internet offering "escort" services, cybersex and
web-cam stripteases.
The mother of one from Wigan, Lancs, has been acting out clients' fantasies on
her website for two years and says: "I am very proud of my body.
"The guys pay £1 a minute to perform in front of my webcam. I am in control
because I can turn down a request. Some people might not agree but I believe
women should be proud of their bodies and the power they have."
Sarah received a surprise email last September claiming to be from the friend
of a soap star and inviting her to the opening of a nightclub in Manchester.
She said, "I responded to the email because I was intrigued and when it turned
out to be Dean Gaffney I was amazed. We started chatting on an instant
messaging service. He even used his own name as a login, 'D.Gaffney' I was
surprised because it wasn't very discreet and he was talking dirty right from
the start. He would talk about how much he loved my breasts and would love to
see me strip off. I refused because he wasn't paying for my services but that
just seemed to encourage him."
Gaffney began to bombard Sarah with requests for cyber-sex and sexy phone chat
but she was bemused by his bizarre lust for her saliva.
She said, "Right from the beginning Dean said he had fantasies about my spit.
He said he had seen an image of me on the website where I was performing a sex
act and he loved the sight of my saliva. It was really bizarre but it was a
very big thing for him. I am open-minded and just went along with him. It was
strange at first but I got used to it. On one of the strangest occasions he
asked me to blow a bubble using just my saliva in front of the web-cam. When I
did it he said 'Oh my God babes that is such a turn-on, do it again.' To be
honest it really made me laugh but he definitely enjoyed it. I don't suppose
there are many women who would do that for him but he asked me all the time."
The bizarre cybersex relationship became the real thing when Gaffney visited
Manchester with celebrity pal Calum Best. The actor turned up on Sarah's
doorstep at 3 am. She said, "I gave him a drink of lager and we went up to my
bedroom. At first he was very friendly and he told me how pleased he was to
meet me in the flesh. We were both lying on the bed and it wasn't long before
he made it clear what he had come for." Sarah explains, "He started pulling his
trousers down and he just blurted it out. He wanted me to give him oral sex.
There was nothing romantic or sexy about it - he just wanted me to give him
pleasure. It certainly wasn't much of a turn-on. He didn't even take his shirt
off. But he appeared to be enjoying himself. He kept saying over and over again
'Oh babe this is the best I ever had'. Then he made another bizarre request. He
asked me to spit on him. Looking back now it makes me laugh. It felt strange
spitting on someone who is normally used to having adoring fans."
But as Sarah attempted to fulfil his desires she says Gaffney showed a darker
side to his sexuality - a far cry from the happy-go-lucky Robbie he was famed
for playing in Albert Square.
Sarah said, "He suddenly called me a slut. I had to tell him to stop and I
threatened to throw him out. I didn't like it at all. I always like to be in
control of sex and I wasn't happy about what he was saying. To his credit he
did stop. He just said 'Sorry babe I got carried away'."
But that wasn't the last of Gaffney's bizarre sexual demands.
He insisted Sarah should keep pleasuring him when he was clearly no longer
interested.
The blonde explains, "I actually felt quite sorry for him at this point. I'd
never had anyone ask me for that either. I did it for him and it wasn't long
before he was back in action but I did think afterwards it was an unusual
fantasy. I know everybody is different so I suppose it was his way of having
harmless sexual fun."
But Sarah says that Gaffney's demands for bizarre sex began to put a strain on
their relationship.
She says he called her at 6 am one morning wanting phone sex. She explains, "It
was really getting out of order and on that occasion I even told him he was
acting like a pervert. It was only six in the morning and he phoned up asking
me to talk dirty to him. I had to explain that my two-year-old daughter was in
the room asleep and it was certainly not the time or the place for that sort of
thing. He really did begin to get me down with his demands and I had to tell
him to calm down. The friendship really was being put under pressure by it. He
just seemed to become more and more obsessed."
Despite all of the sexual encounters Sarah says Gaffney never offered to pay
her.
Last week the single mum prepared for a holiday abroad with her daughter and
asked Gaffney if he could help her with £100 spending money. But the actor
angrily refused to donate a penny. Instead he complained he was broke -
claiming his ex-fiancee was taking half of his home in a love-split.
In one text message Gaffney said, "Babes you think I'm made of money trust me
that's not the case."
Sarah says that was the breaking point in the affair. "It was then that I
realised Dean really wasn't in a relationship or a friendship with me - I was
just his sex toy. I wasn't asking for much and I don't expect much but he just
refused point-blank to help me. I know that with my job I provide a sexual
service but Dean was getting it all for free and I suddenly realised he wasn't
interested in me - it was his fantasies. It was sad to realise but I honestly
believe he wanted me because I was the only woman who would fulfil his kinky
desires for him."
Now Sarah has pulled the plug on her contact with Gaffney.
She concludes that, "Our sex life was far more bizarre than any soap opera plot
and it's fair to say I won't be playing any more parts in it."
Last night a spokesman for Gaffney said, "Dean says he doesn't want to deny or
admit any of it."
