The schoolgirl took pictures on her mobile phone documenting a sexual encounter
in the toilets of a Malmö restaurant. She then made the photos available for
download on the internet.
In addition to the charges against her, one of her classmates has demanded that
she pay 5,000 kronor ($725) in compensation.
"It is not before time that we had a prosecution concerning young people's
careless use of mobile phones," prosecutor Jörgen Larsson told newspaper Metro.
"It is far too easy these days to spread information at the touch of a button
that can have major consequences for the individuals involved."
