Alexander Maassen, 52, from Berlin, was asked to leave the party by local branch
chairman Kurt Wansner. Maassen said he made the film five years ago, appearing
in sexually explicit scenes and acting as a kind of narrator.
"I wrote to Maassen at the end of last month asking him to resign and for me
the matter is now completely closed," Wansner told Reuters, adding Maassen's
behaviour was against CDU values.
A trained doctor who joined the CDU when he was 14, Maassen said the decision
to expel him was a result of critical articles he wrote about the CDU's
electoral performance and the fact that he stood against Wansner in a
leadership election.
He played down his role in the movie, which is called "Beauty Gang":
"Unfortunately I was not quite well that day. I didn't quite do 'it', if you
know what I mean."
